Replacement Parts Frequency
Multi-Stage Filter – replace every 4 to 6 months maximum
Ceramic Pre-Filter – replaced every 12 months (using with tank or bore water, you may need to change from 6 months)
Anti-Bacterial Stones – replaced every 12 months
Alkalinity Enhancer – replace every 12 months
Mineral Stones – replace every 5 years

If anything you order from zazen fails to meet your expectations (and you are the sole judge), you may return it within 90 days for a prompt refund. Please contact us to begin the return process. Once the return has been confirmed with our team, please carefully pack and send your zazen Water product to the following address:

heART of Rest will refund the total product purchase amount to you (this does not include any postage paid to receive or return the goods to zazen Water) within 5 days of zazen Water receiving the returned product. If you paid for the product originally via credit card, the amount will be refunded back on to the same card. If you paid via cash or cheque, the refund will be via bank deposit.
10 Year Warranty
zazen Water offers a 10-year warranty on the zazen Alkaline Water System, guaranteeing it to be free from defects from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid provided:
- The product is installed & maintained as directed,
- The product is not modified, and
- Consumable parts are replaced and installed within the recommended timeframes and guidelines.
