Words from some of our beautiful participants

Joining Lani and the other ladies in the tent has been a beacon of light in my week, time to slow down, drop in, connect, laugh, cry, learn, and embody in a safe and beautiful space. All of me was welcome, and being seen and heard is invaluable. The space Lani has created, her wisdom, guidance, holding of space, is just so beautiful and nourishing. I’ve joined 3 or 4 Yin Nests and excited for more.

“Lani’s women’s circles are a sacred space and a necessary women’s practice. Especially for anyone that feels things deeply. A place to feel into our inner self and allow what is there to been seen, felt, shared and or released. It has provided me more that I have words for, so much subtle change that has lead to giant leaps. I am so profoundly grateful for this time, space, woman.”

We slow down to remember how deeply connected and wise we are.

Exploring the gifts of Deep Rest, Feminine Embodiment, Restoration and alignment with our highest purpose.

Allowing space for the wisdom of our emotional body, sensuality and menstruality to be embraced and embodied.

And each season we allow mother nature to guide us with her wisdom.

Is it time to come home to you?

Close your eyes and imagine a circle of beautiful humans gathering together to prioritise their own self care, deep rest, inner wisdom, sensuality and natural expression.

Humans choosing to not medicalise or shame their emotions, need for rest, pain or illness but instead looking to the inner wisdom their body is revealing to them of a much deeper longing?

The deeper longing to return home to ourself.

This is what our Women’s Yin Nest is. Sweet but fierce hearted humans gathering together with others who prioritise feeling at home in their own skin.

Nourished. Radiant. Alive. Held.

Humans choosing to be a revolutionary by honouring our need to Rest and Connect.

Come Rest and Reconnect.

“I loved knowing that each week I had 90 minutes to invest in my self through these gentle poses of yin yoga, contained within the safe container that Lani holds for us all, surrounded by beautiful heart centred women who were also connecting to their heart and womb space in this amazing space together! Coming back home to myself, in the company of other sisters who are also coming home to themselves, was a a weekly act of healing, celebration, connection, actualisation and activism! I am so enjoying these yin yoga sessions and Red Tents, thank you Lani”

Rapture is the space where you know the perfection of your being – that it’s a privilege to be a woman, to be alive, to be given the gift of feeling pleasure with your body. ”

“I loved every minute. You have a very special gift Lani of creating and holding a space to unravel and explore this beautiful practice. Thank you.”

“Lani creates a warm, safe and supportive nest where everyone can share and connect. The power of connecting with other women is necessary, but often missing from our everyday lives. I have learned many practices that I can do at home. I feel like I’ve finally come home and am enjoying learning and exploring about myself and just be-ing!”

“What a wonderful gift to gift yourself to be in the presence of other women and share from our hearts, Being vulnerable can be challenging but so rewarding in allowing every part of us to be seen. I enjoyed the group sharings and individual sharings, The deep relaxation and gentle exercises were just divine and so welcoming to my mind, body and soul. I  felt that a beautiful and sacred space was held for each one of us supported by the land, nature spirits and guardians. Lani is a beautiful soul who is aligned to her path and mission here on the Earth, She is gentle, warm and holds a nourishing space. She makes the nicest cacao Iv ever tasted. Many Thanks and Blessings”

“So much gratitude to Lani for taking my heart through this journey. All I have ever wanted to do was connect, give, love, while holding my own core simultaneously. You shared with me how to slip into this space today. I am at a loss for words. Thank you.”

Who are Your Facilitators?

Lani Noble, hi I’m Lani, the heart & voice behind heArt of Rest. A space for you to receive nurturing and guidance as you step into living a life aligned with your heart purpose, values and strengths. I have a special passion for guiding Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs and Heart-Centred nurturers.

I worked for the Tax Office for more than a decade before hearing my own internal wisdom tell me there is more to life than rushing, stressing and trying to keep up. I know what it feels like to be caught in the mental looping of the mind completely disconnected from my body and I know how easily overwhelm can sneak in if I’m not intentional about where I invest my time and energy. Through the process of dismantling and recreating my own life I now know Connection, Slowing down, Self Love and honouring the seasons are essential in honouring my own inner wisdom and sensitive nature.

I’ve spent 12 years immersed in the practice, study and teaching of Embodiment & Wellbeing including Yin Yoga, Sensory Processing Sensitivity, embracing Grief and Loss, Compassionate Mindfulness, Psoas release, Sacred Sexuality and Tantra. Drawing from all of these tools (and my own walk through the fires of transformation) I see myself as a mid wife of the soul gently encouraging you as you remember your own brilliance.

As you pause and create space, I’ll be there as a guide, mentor and friend cheering you on to connect to your own inner wisdom.

I believe your feminine essence, emotional intelligence and sensitivity is a gift. A gift that is screaming to be seen, heard, loved & shared. When the world we live in doesn’t openly appreciate the many gifts of intuition, intelligence, slowness and emotional wisdom it’s easy to be left feeling uncomfortable, uninspired, disempowered or even broken. But there is so much we can do to support your beautifully wise nervous system and harness your creativity and strengths so you can rest into a life lived with meaning and purpose.

Christine Pike, I’m Christine, founder of Wild Nature Creative, a hub for feminine health and balance. For over 20 years I’ve worked with women as a hairstylist and shiatsu practitioner.

During my years working in a clinical practice in London I saw many women through all stages of pregnancy, alongside general practice for stress, fatigue, physical tension, and emotional balance; co- founding a community women’s health clinic several years later in Brighton, UK.

While navigating my own hormonal journey and early menopause, I discovered the simplicity and potency of Taoist feminine practices through women’s circles and training at the Universal Tao Centre. After years of medical uncertainty, it was a relief to feel creatively inspired and expansive again, rather than stressed or somehow failing. Learning to recognise and inhabit my sensual female body — beyond the narrow lens I’d absorbed from a dominant patriarchal mindset — was deeply liberating.

Today, I combine Taoist feminine practices with Zen Thai Shiatsu to support women’s health, and I’m passionate about reframing menopause transition as one of the most powerful stages of a woman’s life. As women, we need spaces to soften, slow down and receive.

I continue to explore ways of cultivating our Yin essence through deep rest, meditation, Qi Gong and Jade Egg practice — pathways that reconnect us with our inner world, where innate wisdom, creativity and sensuality live.

I truly believe that the more closely we align with our natural rhythms — our seasons, cycles and intrinsic oneness with nature — the healthier, happier and more at peace we become.

Why do we find it so hard to rest?

Even if we know deep down in our core we’re in need of time to rest or be with other women, so often it’s a challenge to actually take that time. Please know you’re not alone in this. This is the number one thing that women tell me when they first start working with me. They just find it hard to stop.

Why is it so hard? I’ve pondered this question for the last decade & through my own journey and working with thousands of women and the reality is it is a complex issue, one that is often wrapped up in trauma, childhood wounds and more generally from our collective lack of recognition of the feminine wisdom that is relational and nurturing. But from a very simplistic perspective these are 3 big things that often come up.

  1. We’ve forgotten how: If you’ve been juggling a lot or moving through a period of crisis or challenge your nervous system can get a little stuck in sympathetic mode of doing (fight/flight). In the age old case – use it or lose it, if we’ve stopped exercising our ‘rest’ muscles (parasympathetic nervous system) it can actually feel very uncomfortable to go there, like we’re in foreign and unfamiliar territory. Amazingly women often say after their first session that it was like coming home, they’d just forgotten what it felt like.
  2. Fear: There can be a fear of slowing down, because if we stop we may start to feel the discomfort and tension in our bodies, hearts and minds. And if we’ve been holding things together for a long time, or bottling up stress and emotion we can feel a bit afraid we won’t know what to do with all of those feelings. But the beautiful thing about this space of intentional rest is that we taken even our slowing down slowly so you get to choose every step of the way how slow you go. And you’ll be guided in compassionate mindfulness practices the whole way through so you can feel safe from the inside out.
  3. Guilt: There can be a deep sense of guilt that we’re being so indulgent or selfish for taking time to do nothing, when everyone around us is so busy. Or feel that we should be able to just push through, so we feel guilty for not being ‘stronger’. We live in a culture that hasn’t yet embraced rest as a valuable part of our health and wellbeing which means we often haven’t had healthy examples of what it looks like to place self care at the top of the priority list and we’re more familiar with the hustle mode of just keep going until you get it all done…or your body/mind breaks down. But the feminine wisdom understands we’re not here to push ourselves to the very edge of our bodies capacity. And we don’t need to feel guilty for being healthy and relaxed.

How would you like to feel?

We’re often taught to only focus on planning and structuring our lives and what we can see with our eyes or hold with our hands.

A key part of embodiment practice is honouring the FEELING part of you.

From my own personal journey and the feedback received from the thousands of wonderful humans I’ve worked with, a regular Yin and Embodiment practice can leave you feeling more:

  • Grounded in your body & centred in the present
  • Connected to pleasure as a nourishing & healing presence
  • Resourced to manage busy periods in your life
  • Confident in establishing healthy boundaries that nurture your wise heart
  • Aware of the beauty in your sensitivity and sensuality
  • Naturally connected to your radiance, intuition and power
  • Connected to your inner masculine presence – unwavering and confident.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can’t make it to all sessions?

If you know at the time of booking, You can ask for a credit for up to 2 sessions. These credits can be used for attendance at any of our 2 hour Deep Rest sessions during the Yin Nest period. Just send me a message and let me know the dates you’d like to attend and I’ll book you in.

If you have unexpected plans, illness or changes arise later, no refunds or credits are available for missed sessions.

Can I pay as I go? For the casual sessions Yes. For our 10 Week Series we ask for a commitment to the full series and offer a monthly payment plan if that helps. You can find details for the payment plan here.

Do I need to have any yoga experience to attend these classes? No, these sessions are structured to suit every level. The only real physical requirement is that you be able to get up and down off the ground with ease.

Are these sessions only for women? Yes, we explore aspects of the menstrual cycle and unique feminine form so these sessions are for those who identify as a woman only. Please visit our Events page to see our all gender offerings.

Do I need to be creative or have my own business to attend? You don’t need to have a business or creative offering – I believe creativity is at the heart of the feminine essence so you can come exactly as you are. At times you may be asked to consider the unique gifts and strengths that you hold and the ways you contribute meaningfully to the communities, families and world around you.

I’m currently working with a counsellor or psychologist to heal from trauma, is this group session suitable for me? These sessions can be a beautiful compliment to cognitive therapies as we combine somatic (body based) practices and can be a very powerful support for grounding in periods of anxiety or grief. However these sessions are not a replacement for counselling or psychotherapy sessions nor are they group therapy. If you have unresolved trauma please check in with your therapist or reach out to me so we can have a chat. Recommendations to heart centred counsellors, psychotherapists and health professionals can also be provided to support your journey if needed.

Will I need to share my personal story in front of others? On some weeks there will be an invitation to share your reflections or experience however this will always be optional and you’ll be reminded it’s OK to pass or to not share. Our sessions will be a combination of self enquiry and invitations for partnered or group shares. If you’d like to share more of your story and receive individual guidance I encourage you to book a 1:1 session.

Should I come to some 1:1 sessions first? If you’ve been working with a counsellor or are in the thick of a deep emotional journey you may find a 1:1 to be more supportive so we can gently explore the ways the body can hold memories of past experiences. In a 1:1 to session we have the space to explore more of your personal story and adjust the movement and stillness to your needs. In our group sessions there is less opportunity for us to go deeper into your emotional journey.

I’ve never attended a session with you before, how will I know if this is the right fit for me? You can book in for a complimentary 15 minute call with me to say hi and we can chat about what you’re in need of right now and the way I work so you can get clearer on if we’re a good fit.

I’m pregnant, are these sessions ok for pregnant women? All of our practices can be customised for you no matter what stage of your pregnancy. The focus here will be on providing a gentle space for you to rest, breathe and connect with the beauty and wisdom of your womb and the little life growing inside of you.
