What a beautiful secret hide-away this place is. I am so grateful I found it and am curious & excited for more time together. Lani your energy is safe and lovely and dinner was AMAZING, with all the loving touches. I've felt loved and welcomed to this space - how lucky anyone is to come across it! An island of calm amidst the ever-growing chaos!

Thank you so much for creating and offering this lovely retreat amongst the city. I've so enjoyed my two nights here, all your delicious meals, your energy and our session together. This has been my first solo getaway in more than three years since having my amazing daughter, and it's been such a needed and nourishing chance to recharge. To unplug from the world. Thank you Lani for creating this safe place. Being a space in the city where I felt suffocated and overwhelmed, I took to airbnb and it took me straight to you. I think our paths were meant to cross. I'm leaving here today much more connected to myself and feeling much more grounded. The food was an added bonus. Amazing dinner. I'll be seeing you again soon.

Thank you so much Lani for creating a beautiful place and space to simply be. After a busy year I was in need of some down time, some reflection and some nourishing and HeArt of Rest provided all of the above and more. From the moment I arrived I felt safe, welcomed and cared for. I was lucky enough to participate in sound healing whilst I was there and that was a bonus on top of the beautiful space to sit or wander, the amazing food and soul chats with Lani and about life, love and everything in between. It is amazing how much can happen in 24 hours when you rest. I left feeling inspired, aligned, re-ignited to dream big and felt like all was well in my world. Definitely recommend HeArt of Rest retreat and I will be back.

I can not recommend this place and all that Lani offers through her work, enough! I went for one night after feeling stressed and burnt out and I left a different person. EVERYTHING about the stay was just perfect. The gorgeous cosy cottage, the little table outside to eat your brekky, the food (Lani is one hell of a cook!), the land and how beautiful and peaceful it is and the private sessions you can have with Lani whilst you stay there. I had a session with her in the gorgeous big tent and I can't stop raving about it. I will definitely be back - again, again and again!
