Back doing what I love most - this month I'll be teaching a new round of our 6 week Journey into Grounding + Self Love + Nurturing with Yoga for Emotional Balance.⁠⠀

After months of planning and organising and doing...sooooo much doing...breathing out a big sigh of joy reconnecting with the magic of writing and creativity and the gentleness of mama cacao. Such a sweet remembering honouring my feminine - the parts of me that are deeply intuitive, soft, subtle, magical, attuned to nature and devoted to love.⁠⠀

𝓡𝓲𝓽𝓾𝓪𝓵 | a ceremonial act or action⁠⠀

If you’d told me a year ago what my life would look like now I would have laughed out loud. A beautiful venue space, a loving partner and a deepening connection to my sensitive, sensual, emotionally wise self. I’ve been sitting with a lot of gratitude for all the beautiful opportunities I’ve opened to receive. And also reflecting that the last couple of months have been harder than I would have liked. I feel like I gave birth twice in two months launching our loft space and the cafe. Ps did you know I now have a cafe?! Such a random but somehow beautifully aligned project.

What sweet medicine it is to be able to drop our masks and take those full deep breaths!!⁠⠀
