Yoga & Mindfulness for Anxiety

With so much uncertainty in the world right now it’s easy to get caught in the fear and anxiety of what the future may hold. But there are simple techniques focussed on grounding and breath that can help you to restore calm and compassion in your whole system.

Book a 60 minute yoga and mindfulness session with Lani. Gentle movement, relaxation, breathing & mindfulness for anxiety, stress and overwhelm – allow Lani to guide you through a calming practice to help you find the space to reconnect with the centred, grounded place within you.

Our capacity to feel real connection with each other and take informed action is directly connected to the state of our nervous system and how well we regulate between fight/flight/freeze and rest/digest. All responses are beautiful, powerful and integral in our evolution as humans, but if we spend too much time in one or the other we can either burnout or stagnate.

Sessions are offered by Zoom (online) or in Hilton Western Australia and will include a combination of yin yoga, hatha yoga, breathing, movement, meditation and reflective exercises.

Cancellation Policy: All sessions are non refundable. When you book for each session please provide 48 hours notice if date or time change is needed or your session may be forfeited.
