Sound Immersion

Join meditation teacher and counsellor Michael Hara for Sound Immersion.

Friday 19th March | 7pm – 8pm | $25

This deeply relaxing and grounding experience will promote a meditative state to enhance the well-being of your body, mind and spirit

The hour-long session allows you to be absorbed in the unique sound vibrations of the Didgeridoo (Yidaki), as well as Tibetan bowls, Koshi bells and Chilean cactus rain sticks to experience a deep sense of physical relaxation and inner calm

You will experience sound and rhythm, creating continuous waves of vibration within a sacred space, to soothe your nervous system

There’s no ‘doing’ – just being. You passively participate by lying down, comfortably supported with a yoga mat, blankets and cushions, as the sounds saturate your senses
