Sessions will include a combination of yin yoga, hatha yoga, breathing, movement, meditation and reflective exercises.
With so much uncertainty in the world right now it’s easy to get caught in the fear and anxiety of what the future may hold. But there are simple techniques focussed on grounding and breath that can help you to restore calm and compassion in your whole system.
Allow Lani to guide you through a calming practice to help you find the space to reconnect with the centred, grounded place within you.
Sessions are conducted in person in Hilton Western Australia or by Zoom (online). If you don’t see a slot that works for your timezone Contact Us and we’ll do our best to find a slot that works.
PAY WEEKLY. Minimum commitment is $100 per week x 5 weeks = $500 in total. The first payment will be taken immediately and then each week thereafter. All session packs are non refundable and are to be used within 3 months. Please provide 48 hours notice if date or time change is needed or your session will be forfeited.
