Book a 60 minute yoga and mindfulness session with Lani. Gentle movement, relaxation, breathing & mindfulness for anxiety, stress and overwhelm – you’ll be offered simple slow practices to help you reset your nervous system and feel more grounded.

With so much uncertainty in the world right now it’s easy to get caught in the fear and anxiety of what the future may hold. But there are simple techniques focussed on grounding and breath that can help you to restore calm and compassion in your whole system.

Allow Lani to guide you through a calming practice to help you find the space to reconnect with the centred, grounded place within you.

Sessions are conducted in Person in Hilton Western Australia or by Zoom (online) so all you need is a quiet space and a good internet connection.  Check available time slots HERE and book your first session or Lani will contact you directly to book you in once your payment has been received. If you don’t see a slot that works for your timezone Contact Us and we’ll do our best to find a slot that works.

Cancellation Policy: All session packs are non refundable and are to be used within 6 weeks. Please provide 48 hours notice if date or time change is needed or your session will be forfeited.
