Streaming gentle Yin goodness to your home living space. A super gentle slow Yin Yoga & Mindfulness class. Giving you time to slow everything down, close the eyes and let the body unravel and release the stress and tension it’s been carrying. This is an invitation to reconnect with the more subtle and deeper sense of Self within.

Once a week join Lani for a super gentle slow Yin Yoga & Mindfulness class along with a Loving Kindness meditation.

Giving you time to slow your whole system down. Closing the eyes we let the body unravel and release the stress and tension it’s been carrying. Allow yourself this time to turn inwards.

You’ll need:

– a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for 1.15 hours,
– a computer or device with good internet connection & audio,
– a yoga mat (or rug),
– space to move and lay down,
– a bolster or several cushions, and
– a blanket for the final relaxation.
