Book a 6 pack of 60 minute sessions with Lani to support you in understanding and restoring calm and compassion to an overwhelmed nervous system. Sessions will include a combination of mindfulness, yin yoga, hatha yoga and breathing.

With so much uncertainty in the world right now it’s easy to get caught in the fear and anxiety of what the future may hold. But there are simple techniques focussed on grounding and breath that can help you to restore calm and compassion in your whole system.

Particularly where there is a history of trauma or disassociation a combination of compassionate mindfulness and yin practices can help to regulate the nervous system so that you’re no longer operating only from the reptilian part of your brain.

You’ll be guided through a calming simple practice to help you find the space to reconnect with the centred, grounded place within you. You’ll be provided with a practice to complete at home each day and encouraged to keep a daily mindfulness and self love journal throughout the 6 weeks to record your insights, noticing’s, challenges and growth.

Sessions are conducted in person in Hilton Western Australia or by Zoom (online).  Check available time slots HERE and book your first session or Lani will contact you directly to book you in once your payment has been received. Cancellation Policy: All session packs are non refundable and are to be used within 6 weeks. Please provide 48 hours notice if date or time change is needed or your session will be forfeited.
