With so much rapid change and uncertainty in our world right now it’s so important to give yourself time to get out of the head and back into your body. To ground and reconnect with your inner wisdom and intuition. To feel at home within your own skin and remember the beauty and power of your sensuality, sensitivity and femininity.

Women’s Yoga for Emotional Balance is a 6 week journey into the world of nervous system regulation, the essence of yin and emotional wisdom. Cultivating Self Love and Intimacy from the inside out to help you feel more grounded and connected to your intuition and inner wisdom even amidst times of change and uncertainty. Through gentle but intentional practices we unravel the stress, overwhelm and burnout your body has been holding and welcome in a deeper connection to Self.

It’s time to come home to you and to stop feeling as if you, your emotions or your sensitivity are a burden, flaw or something to be fixed. This program is for women who are ready to feel more grounded & connected to their authentic SENSITIVE sensual Self.

6 weekly sessions to help you embrace Self Love as a daily commitment, honour the gifts of your femininity  and reset your nervous system. All sessions are offered over 6 consecutive weeks in person in Hilton, Western Australia or by Zoom. 

What’s Included in this Program?

  • 9 hours private one to one time with Lani 
  • 6 x weekly sessions, 90 minutes each (conducted by Zoom or in Person in Hilton, Western Australia)
  • Personalised morning routine & worksheets to build a toolbox of resources & self care practices
  • Downloadable guided embodiment & compassionate mindfulness practices
  • New Home Play assignment tasks each week
  • Access to the Online version of the program for 6 months so you can repeat lessons & practices.

What we’ll cover

During the 6 weeks of classes you’ll be offered a supportive and nourishing space to gently move with and connect to your body while looking at how the tissues in our body often hold stress, anxiety, fear, shame, grief and anger. You’ll be guided in contemplative practices to help you understand how cultural opinions and expectations may have created additional stress and shame in the nervous system of the highly sensitive or empathic woman. And you’ll develop a toolbox of resources to help you navigate the world of emotions, sensuality and sensitivity.

Resting & Nurturing – Mindfulness & Intro to your Nervous System

Week 2
Grounding & Belonging – Cultivating a connection to your body & Fear

Week 3
Emotions, Feminine Sensuality & Creativity – Embracing your feminine essence & Shame

Week 4
Strength & Power – Exploring Beliefs & Diet – Connecting to the power of Anger

Week 5
Compassion & Love – Embodying the gifts of vulnerability & Grief

Week 6
Expression & Soul Purpose – Expressing the gifts of your sensitivity and your own unique voice.

All sessions are offered over 6 consecutive weeks in person in Hilton, Western Australia or by Zoom.  Check available time slots HERE and book your first session or Lani will contact you directly to book you in once your payment has been received. If you don’t see a slot that works for your timezone Contact Us and we’ll do our best to find a slot that works.

Please note while yoga and meditation can be a very powerful tool for processing anxiety and moving through periods of depression and grief this is not a counselling or psychotherapy session and no medical advice will be provided. Recommendations to heart centred counsellors and psychotherapists and health professionals will be provided to support your journey if needed.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds or cancellations are offered on packages and courses. If you are unable to attend a session on your agreed date or  time please provide 48 hours notice or your session will be forfeited.
