All sessions are offered over 6 consecutive weeks by Zoom.

What we’ll cover
During the 6 weeks of classes you’ll be offered a supportive and nourishing space to gently move with and connect to your body while looking at how the tissues in our body often hold stress, anxiety, fear, shame, grief and anger. You’ll be guided in contemplative practices to help you understand how cultural opinions and expectations may have created additional stress and shame in the nervous system of the highly sensitive or empathic woman. And you’ll develop a toolbox of resources to help you navigate the world of emotions and sensitivity.

Please note while yoga and meditation can be a very powerful tool for processing anxiety and moving through periods of depression and grief this is not a counselling or psychotherapy session and no medical advice will be provided. Recommendations to heart centred counsellors and psychotherapists and health professionals will be provided to support your journey if needed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens. Once you have paid and booked your first session no refunds or cancellations are offered. If you are unable to attend a session on your agreed date or time please provide 48 hours notice or your session will be forfeited.
