This is our time to share together, to grow together, to rest together, to remember the gifts of our sensitive, sensual, wise bodies. During our 6 weeks you’ll be offered simple practical tools to support you in stepping into your authentic Sensitive self. This is a Heart-Centred Framework to help you feel more:

  • Confident you have the resources to manage overwhelm, stress and disconnection
  • Calm, content and connected (less frazzled, wired and nervy)
  • Committed to establishing boundaries and self care practices that nurture your empathetic heart
