Through a gentle heart centred yoga and mindfulness practice, we invite cacao and the healing balm of nature to help us slow down, tune in and practice the art of Being.
Through silent and contemplative practices a sense of inner safety and freedom can be experienced where the critical or over thinking mind can begin to soften and the wise quiet voice of our soul can be heard.
Through a gentle exploration of the science behind compassionate mindfulness and the therapeutic benefits of time in nature we prioritise the cultivation of loving kindness, acceptance and an attitude of friendliness towards ourselves and all of life.

Cacao is a potent superfood and natural mood elevator, rich in antioxidants, magnesium and iron offering support for mind, body & heart. At a deeper level, cacao is also a beautiful tool to help you connect with your creativity and the naturalness, joy, warmth and wisdom of the Heart.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, for cancellations received within 7 days of the event a full refund is available. For cancellations with 3 days notice a 30 day credit for a future heART of Rest event will be offered. If this event is unable to run due to government restrictions it will be offered online or rescheduled. About your Facilitator
Lani Noble Lani’s heart, soul and spirit rests in a love for cacao and embodiment practices. She is a qualified yoga and meditation instructor and has studied Grief, Loss and Trauma counselling, Women’s embodiment practices, Yoga for Trauma, Hridaya Hatha Yoga (Yoga of the Spiritual Heart), Yin Yoga, Psoas release, Sacred Sexuality and Nervous System Regulation. After travelling the world for 7 years diving deep into heart centred practices and self enquiry she now supports others in landing in their body while connecting with their deepest truth and passion.
Drawing from her own direct experience she guides you on a journey through the body into the heart. Holding a deeply nurturing and supportive space Lani’s loving presence invites you to explore your inner landscape to embrace every part of yourself and receive life in it’s fullness.
