Join Lani every Monday night for 90 minutes of slow, connected, deep rest and relaxation. In the busy lives that we lead it’s easy to get stuck in doing mode and to find it challenging to slow down and feel connected and at home in your body. These, slightly longer than your average yoga class, sessions are intended to give you time to practice deep listening to the wisdom in your body and to create a safe space within yourself to unravel, unwind and deepen your connection to your own body, mind, soul and emotional wisdom.
No experience necessary although there will be extended periods of silence and stillness so if this is your first time attending a session with Lani please let her know so she can offer any additional support you may need. All mats and props provided for you although you may like to bring your own eye pillow.
$35 for a single class or $30 when you BUY A 5 CLASS PASS that can be used over 3 months.
