This Friday join us upstairs in the loft for Sound Immersion with Michael Hara. An hour immersed in the unique sounds of the didgeridoo as well as Tibetan bowls, Koshi bells and Chilean cactus rain sticks to experience a deep sense of physical relaxation and inner calm.⁠

So grateful for the beauty of mother nature.⁠

Sound Sessions are back on Friday nights! Starting this Friday with Michael Hara from Sound Imnersion. Come spend an hour immersed in the sounds of the didgeridoo, rest, reset and recharge.

Deep gratitude for the tender hearts who came yesterday to our first Daughters without Mums event. And to Jules from @HonouringGriefPerth for co-creating this beautiful container. So much vulnerability, strength and sweetness in sharing our stories together. Honouring the beauty and devastation of our mums and mother loss.

Have you been into the cafe and seen our beautiful pink lady on the wall? Her name is She of Learning to Stay and she is part of the Sacred Series by local artist and psychologist @NataliaFidyka.
